What is the AI add-on?

What are the Four Pillars?
Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance. These are the organizing framework for everything in Mental Pushup — your goals, vision boards, journal categories, and check-in habits all connect back to these four areas. A strong life requires balance across all four, not domination in one.
How does the streak system work?
Log in and complete any item in your daily routine and you earn a streak day. Miss a day and it resets. Progress not perfection — streaks are the heartbeat of Mental Pushup, turning discipline into a game you do not want to lose.
Can I customize my daily check-in?
Completely. You choose which habits appear in your check-in. Morning prayer, cold shower, read 10 pages, call your mother, track macros — whatever matters to you. Start with a few and add more as you build the habit.
What is a Tribe Circle?
Circles are private accountability groups within your Tribe. Create one for your gym partners, another for your family, another for your business crew. You choose what data to share with each circle — accountability without oversharing.
How does the macro calculator work?
It uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation combined with your activity level and goal (lose fat, maintain, build muscle). You get a daily calorie and macro target. No guessing, no generic plans — numbers based on your body.
What are Legacy time capsules?
A Pro feature that lets you create messages, letters, or files for loved ones with a future delivery date. Write a letter to your child on their 18th birthday, record a message for your partner on your anniversary. It is one of the features people do not expect but never want to lose.
Can I use Mental Pushup without the faith component?
